Līʻhue Civic Center

The University of Hawaiʻi Community Design Center was tasked by the Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS) to undertake a Proof of Concept study to explore potential redevelopment strategies within the Līʻhue Civic Center area to reduce leased office space and optimize state-owned parcels to better serve the community.
