Entrepreneur Product Manufacturing Facility (EPMF)
The Entrepreneur Product Manufacturing Facility (EPMF) serves as the initial pilot for the Food and Product Innovation Network (FPIN) — a statewide system designed to support the development, production, and scaling of Hawaiʻi-made food and value-added products.
The EPMF is a 34,000 square foot pilot facility in Wahiawā, built to support Hawaiʻi-based entrepreneurs in developing and scaling food and value-added products. The facility is intended to support a diverse range of product types, from packaged foods and beverages to natural body care and value-added agricultural goods. Key programs include commercial kitchen and manufacturing suites, dry and cold storage areas, packaging and labeling stations, shared-use equipment zones, as well as offices, training space, and support services.
