Housing Hybrids

The Hybrid Housing studio explored architectural concepts for mixed-use low-rise and mid-rise housing in the Kalihi neighborhood on sites near the future HART station. Students conducted density studies, investigated precedents, and developed proposals to test the "Holistic Housing Framework", part of an ongoing research initiative for the Hawaii Public Housing Authority exploring Housing for All.
